1.Introduction
The Oromia Regional State Government is working to develop an Agriculture-led Industry Strategy to ensure sustainable development and good governance. Accordingly, our country is working on a long-term and medium-term plan to align with middle income countries by 2022 following the Green Economy Strategy. With the plans she is working on, major achievements in the fields of economy, society and good governance are being worked on to receive special attention in public offices. Accordingly, the Environmental Protection Authority has centered on a State-wide plan for large houses in three focus areas (sustainable environmental protection and sanitation, development, conservation and use of forest resources and wildlife; and biodiversity conservation and community benefits ) is making side efforts to achieve the goals set by the UN. Accordingly, the Authority has also issued orders since the Ordinance no. Environmental Protection, Forestry and Climate Change activities that were being carried out in different places in a scattered manner were established and implemented in one place.
2. General Conditions of the Office
The 33 powers and functions of the Environmental Protection, Forestry and Climate Change Authority of the State of Orissa have been given to it in the Act No. 199/2008 ALH it has been.

Accordingly, the Authority has expanded its structure from the Federal level to the District level. In this structural organization, the Oromia Environmental Protection Authority comprises two main branches. Its branches are: Environmental Protection and Climate Change Branch and Forest and Wildlife Branch. These branches have various main Directorates under them. These directorates are: Directorate of Control and Monitoring of Implementation of Environmental Protection Laws, Directorate of Climate Change and Environmental Implementation Coordination and Directorate of Environmental Protection Laboratory Centers under the Directorate of Environmental Protection and Climate Change Sector, Directorate of Protection and Management mantle of Forestry, Directorate The Directorate of Biodiversity Protection, Conservation and Use, the Directorate of Marketing and Utilization of Forest Products and the Directorate of Wildlife Development and Protection are those under the Directorate of Forestry and Wildlife Sector.
In total, the Oromia Environmental Protection Authority is operating at the Regional level with seven Main Directorates, four Supporting Directorates and fifteen Teams.
